Victim-Offender Dialogue Victim-offender dialogue is our longest-running program. Victims and young offenders (ages 10-24) meet face-to-face to address the personal nature of the offense and to repair the harm. Meetings are led by a team of trained volunteers from the community who facilitate the dialogue. We accept cases from throughout the Valley, after the offender accepts responsibility for his or her behavior. Referrals typically come from the Municipal Courts, State Court, Probation or District Attorney. Referral inquiries from schools, community agencies and affected families are also welcome. For more information, contact program manager Paula Medina. To dowload a Victim-Offender dialogue referral form, please click here. Referrals can also be made via phone at (719) 589-5255.
